Carrot and Ginger Juice

Ingredients

2 large glasses

  • 4 fresh carrots
  • 1 small piece of fresh ginger (2 cm)
  • Juice of half a lemon (optional)

Preparation

  1. Wash and cut the carrots into pieces.
  2. Run the carrots and ginger through a juicer.
  3. Add the lemon juice for extra freshness.
  4. Serve immediately.

Tip

Add a pinch of turmeric to boost the antioxidant effect.

Variation

Replace ginger with mint for a milder flavor.
