Chickpea Flatbreads with Cumin

Ingredients

4 flatbreads

  • 200 g chickpea flour
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 200 ml warm water
  • Sea salt

Preparation

  1. Mix the chickpea flour with cumin and salt.
  2. Gradually add water to form a soft dough.
  3. Shape into flatbreads and cook in a pan with a drizzle of olive oil, 3 minutes on each side.

Tip

Serve with a green salad or vegetable dip for a complete meal.

Variation

Add fresh chopped parsley for extra aromatic flavor.
