Fennel with Orange and Olive Oil

Ingredients

2 people

  • 1 fresh fennel bulb
  • 1 orange (flesh + juice)
  • 1 tbsp virgin olive oil
  • A pinch of sea salt

Preparation

  1. Wash and finely slice the fennel.
  2. Peel the orange and cut the flesh into small pieces.
  3. Mix the fennel with the orange and its juice.
  4. Add olive oil and salt.
  5. Serve fresh.

Tip

Add a few sunflower seeds to enhance crunchiness.

Variation

Replace the orange with grapefruit for a more tangy flavor.
