Fresh Fruit Salad with Basil

Ingredients

4 bowls

  • 2 apples
  • 2 pears
  • 2 oranges
  • 1 banana
  • 1 handful of strawberries
  • A few fresh basil leaves
  • Juice of half a lemon

Preparation

  1. Wash and cut the fruits into pieces.
  2. Drizzle with lemon juice to prevent oxidation.
  3. Finely chop the basil and add to the fruits.
  4. Mix gently and serve fresh.

Tip

Add a few pomegranate seeds for extra color and vitality.

Variation

Replace basil with mint for a fresher flavor.
